Long-term Profit Structure:
Profit-sharing starts at 60/40 and increases to 80/20 based on performance.
Risk Limits and Scaling:
- On the Live Desk you aren’t allocated capital, you’re given risk limits. Those are a daily loss limit and a maximum drawdown, and they’re set individually for you in your Live Trading Agreement before you start.
- Starting limits sit between $250 and $2,000 for the daily loss limit, and between $5,000 and $10,000 for maximum drawdown. Where you start depends on how you traded through the assessment.
- Your limits are scalable based solely on your demonstrated trading consistency, discipline, and risk-adjusted returns.
Transparency and Clarity:
All profit-sharing and scaling criteria are based on your performance metrics, so you know what’s being measured and what’s required to scale your career.
