- You must be at least 18 years old, and not a minor in the jurisdiction where you live
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by applicable law

Do I need to be a U.S. citizen?
No. We welcome talented traders regardless of nationality (except for restricted countries listed above). Our institutional structure enables participation from most jurisdictions worldwide.
